Is it free to use as a shopper?
Yes – completely free. There are no fees, ever. On a store's website, you can negotiate without an account – just open the chat, propose a price, and find one that works. Creating a free Flux ID is optional, but it remembers your past negotiations and can unlock better deals over time.
